Job Context

A reputed Japanese textile-chemical company operating in Bangladesh is seeking experienced and responsible personnel for its warehouse operations at BSEZ, Araihazar, Narayanganj. The warehouse supports the company’s chemical import, storage, distribution, and supply activities in Bangladesh.

Selected candidates will be responsible for receiving, storing, handling, picking, packing, and dispatching materials and textile chemicals safely and efficiently. Depending on their experience and capabilities, candidates may be assigned operational or supervisory responsibilities to ensure accurate stock handling, proper warehouse organization, workplace safety, and smooth daily operations.

নির্বাচিত প্রার্থীরা বিভিন্ন মালামাল ও টেক্সটাইল কেমিক্যাল নিরাপদ ও কার্যকরভাবে গ্রহণ, সংরক্ষণ, স্থানান্তর, বাছাই, প্যাকিং এবং ডেলিভারি বা ডিসপ্যাচের দায়িত্ব পালন করবেন।

প্রার্থীদের অভিজ্ঞতা ও সক্ষমতা অনুযায়ী তাদের অপারেশনাল অথবা সুপারভাইজরি দায়িত্ব দেওয়া হবে। সঠিকভাবে স্টক ব্যবস্থাপনা, ওয়্যারহাউসের সুশৃঙ্খল পরিবেশ, কর্মক্ষেত্রের নিরাপত্তা এবং দৈনন্দিন কার্যক্রমের ধারাবাহিকতা নিশ্চিত করা এই পদের অন্যতম প্রধান দায়িত্ব।

Key Responsibilities / প্রধান দায়িত্বসমূহ

• Support and supervise daily warehouse and on-site operations.
  দৈনন্দিন ওয়্যারহাউস কার্যক্রমে সহায়তা প্রদান এবং তদারকি করা।

• Coordinate the receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching of materials.
  মালামাল গ্রহণ, সংরক্ষণ, বাছাই, প্যাকিং এবং প্রেরণ কার্যক্রম সমন্বয় করা।

• Ensure the proper handling, storage, and movement of materials and chemicals in accordance with established procedures.
  নির্ধারিত পদ্ধতি অনুসারে মালামাল ও কেমিক্যালের যথাযথ হ্যান্ডলিং, সংরক্ষণ এবং স্থানান্তর নিশ্চিত করা।

• Lead and coordinate warehouse workers to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  ওয়্যারহাউসের কার্যক্রম সুষ্ঠু ও কার্যকরভাবে পরিচালনার জন্য কর্মীদের নেতৃত্ব দেওয়া এবং তাদের কাজ সমন্বয় করা।

• Monitor warehouse activities and maintain proper stock arrangement and organization.
  ওয়্যারহাউসের কার্যক্রম পর্যবেক্ষণ করা এবং স্টক যথাযথ ও সুশৃঙ্খলভাবে সাজিয়ে রাখা নিশ্চিত করা।

• Support stock counting, inventory verification, and other warehouse-related activities.
  স্টক গণনা, ইনভেন্টরি যাচাই এবং অন্যান্য ওয়্যারহাউস-সংশ্লিষ্ট কার্যক্রমে সহায়তা করা।

• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and proper organization of the warehouse.
  ওয়্যারহাউসের পরিচ্ছন্নতা, নিরাপত্তা এবং সুশৃঙ্খল পরিবেশ বজায় রাখা।

• Ensure compliance with operational procedures and workplace safety requirements.
  নির্ধারিত অপারেশনাল পদ্ধতি এবং কর্মক্ষেত্রের নিরাপত্তাবিষয়ক নির্দেশনার যথাযথ পরিপালন নিশ্চিত করা।

Requirements

• Minimum HSC to Maximum Graduation in any discipline.

• Minimum 4 - 5 years of practical experience in warehouse or on-site operations.

• Good knowledge of warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.

• Knowledge of material handling and safe handling of chemicals, preferably textile chemicals.

• Ability to supervise and coordinate warehouse workers and daily operational activities.

• Understanding of warehouse safety procedures and operational compliance.

• Physically capable of performing warehouse-related activities.

• Strong teamwork and coordination skills.
