• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP or supply chain management software.

Experience

• 5–8 years of relevant experience in supply chain management, procurement, logistics, warehousing or distribution.

• Experience in the food, FMCG, manufacturing or consumer goods industry is strongly preferred.

• Proven experience in managing end-to-end supply chain operations is preferred.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced supply chain professional to manage end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement coordination, demand planning, inventory, warehousing, logistics and distribution. The role is responsible for ensuring the timely availability of raw materials and finished products while controlling costs and maintaining operational standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end supply chain operations for the food business.

• Plan and coordinate the procurement of raw materials, packaging materials and other required supplies.

• Monitor stock levels to maintain adequate inventory and minimize excess and obsolete stock.

• Prepare demand forecasts and align production and procurement plans with projected requirements.

• Coordinate with Procurement, Production, Quality Assurance, Sales, Warehouse, Finance and Distribution teams.

• Ensure the timely delivery of raw materials to production facilities and finished products to distribution points and customers.

• Manage warehouse operations, including storage, stock handling, inventory accuracy and first-in, first-out (FIFO) and first-expiry, first-out (FEFO) practices.

• Monitor transportation and distribution to ensure timely, cost-effective deliveries.

• Maintain working relationships with suppliers, transporters and logistics partners.

• Evaluate supplier performance, delivery schedules, product quality and cost efficiency.

• Identify supply chain risks and develop contingency plans.

• Monitor supply chain costs and implement measures to improve efficiency and reduce unnecessary expenses.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety requirements, quality standards and applicable regulatory guidelines.

• Maintain accurate supply chain reports, inventory records, procurement plans, delivery schedules and key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Analyze supply chain performance and submit regular reports and recommendations to management.

• Lead and supervise supply chain, warehouse and logistics personnel.

• Improve supply chain processes through effective planning, technology and data analysis.
