Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support all users about Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
∎ To coordinate technology installations, up gradation, and maintenance.
∎ Selecting and purchasing new and replacement hardware and software if necessary.
∎ To test, troubleshoot and modify information and networking systems so that they operate effectively.
∎ Assuring all IT activities are performed within the parameters of applicable laws, codes, and regulations.
∎ To evaluate technology risks in order to develop a network disaster recovery plan and backup procedures.
∎ To collaborate with the technical in-house team to ensure familiarity with upgraded technology.
∎ To monitor the success of IT solutions.
∎ Enhance the business processes of the organization and identify requirements for system improvements.
∎ System design & development process, including requirements analysis, feasibility studies, software design, installation, evaluation and operational management.
∎ Manage information technology and computer systems.
∎ Plan, organize, control and evaluate IT and electronic data operations.
∎ Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures.
∎ Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems.
∎ To conduct necessary training to the departmental staff if required.
∎ Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy.
∎ Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time.
∎ Preserve assets, information security and control structures.
∎ Producing detailed reports on the efficacy of the technology.
∎ Any other task as assigned.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The incumbent must be demonstrate a detailed knowledge of the industry's best practices and evidence a professional track record of effective technical management, information analysis, and a thorough understanding of computer hardware and software systems.
∎ Proven experience in managing IT infrastructure and services.
∎ Experience with computer networks, network administration, and network installation.
∎ Proficient in computer hardware, cabling installation and support, wireless technology applications and interface, and IT security.
∎ Proficient in Microsoft Windows software, including Server, Office, and Exchange.
∎ Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
