Responsibilities & Context:

Job Responsibilities – Technician

* Operate, monitor, and maintain lithium-ion battery production machinery and equipment.

* Perform routine inspection, troubleshooting, and basic repair of production equipment.

* Identify technical problems during production and take appropriate corrective action.

* Assist in the installation, setup, calibration, and adjustment of machinery and equipment.

* Ensure machines are operating safely, efficiently, and according to production requirements.

* Conduct regular preventive maintenance to minimize equipment breakdown and production downtime.

* Follow production procedures, safety guidelines, and company standards at all times.

* Check equipment, tools, electrical connections, and mechanical components for abnormalities.

* Maintain proper records of machine maintenance, repairs, breakdowns, and technical issues.

* Coordinate with the Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams to resolve technical problems.

* Support continuous improvement of production processes and equipment performance.

* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.

* Perform any other technical duties assigned by the supervisor or management.
