Experience:
Bachelor of Medicine or Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS). A supplementary degree/diploma in Business Administration will be an added advantage.
Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience as a Physician/Medical Secretary or Personal Secretary, preferably supporting top-tier management in a corporate or hospital environment.
The role provides specialized medical and high-level secretarial support to the Chairman. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional medical support skills who acts as a physician to the Chairman and typically manage his personal health needs, coordinate with healthcare providers, and ensures confidential medical management at home and abroad.
Key Responsibilities:
· Scheduling and managing medical appointments, specialist consultations, and executive health check-ups of the Chairman and making necessary follow up.
· Communicating directly with the Chairman's doctors, diagnostic teams, and hospitals for smooth medical checkups and diagnosis of the Chairman.
· Tracking medication schedules, refilling medications as directed by physicians, and organizing health supplies or medical equipment.
· Review medical or clinical reports, prepare summary and submit to the Chairman.
· Preparing first-aid kits, managing necessary vaccinations, and coordinating emergency medical contacts or local care arrangements during the Chairman's overseas trips.
· Maintain confidentiality in all dealings and tasks, especially when handling medical and health records.
· Any other tasks assigned by Management.
Skills & Requirements:
· Absolute integrity in handling classified and sensitive private information.
· Exceptional Proficiency in English and Bangla communication skills, including formal email communication and letter writing and the diplomacy required to interact with Doctors/Consultants.
· Efficacy in Microsoft Office Suite and digital collaboration tools (Google Workspace, Zoom, Teams).
· Adaptability to irregular working hours, including weekends, and readiness for frequent overseas travel.
