FLYNEXD is a fast-growing Study Abroad Education Consultancy dedicated to helping Bangladeshi students achieve their international higher education goals. We are looking for a smart, communicative, student-friendly, and professionally presentable Student Counselor (Male/Female) to join our team.

The selected candidate will be responsible for guiding students throughout their study abroad journey, from the initial counseling session to university application and visa completion.

Job Responsibilities

• Counsel students one-on-one through office and online sessions

• Assess students’ academic background, interests, financial ability, and career goals

• Recommend suitable countries, universities, and courses

• Guide students through the application and documentation process

• Provide accurate information and guidance regarding student visa requirements and procedures

• Follow up with prospective students through phone calls, WhatsApp, Facebook, and other communication channels

• Maintain regular communication with students and provide timely updates

• Manage and convert assigned leads into successful student enrollments

• Participate in seminars, education fairs, events, and promotional activities

• Support basic social media content creation and marketing activities

• Maintain proper records of student information, applications, and follow-ups

• Build strong and professional relationships with students and their guardians

• Maintain a neat, confident, well-groomed, and professionally presentable appearance

• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve company goals and student recruitment targets
