ABOUT THE ROLE

Neuroweb Migration is looking for two confident, motivated and professionally minded Female Student Counsellors to join our growing team as Malaysia Destination Experts.

This role is ideal for someone who has practical experience in Malaysia student recruitment, admission processing and visa-related procedures, and who is passionate about helping students achieve their international education goals.

You will be responsible for providing professional counselling, managing student applications and supporting students throughout their journey — from initial consultation to successful enrolment and visa outcome.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Counsel students and parents regarding study opportunities in Malaysia

* Assess student profiles and recommend suitable universities, institutions and courses

* Provide accurate guidance on admission requirements, tuition fees and available programmes

* Manage admission applications from initial counselling through submission

* Handle and follow up on Offer Letter processing

* Coordinate EMGS / Student Pass documentation

* Assist with student visa documentation and follow-up

* Maintain regular communication with students and parents

* Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into successful enrolments

* Maintain accurate student records and application documentation

* Coordinate with universities, institutions and relevant partners

* Provide pre-departure guidance to successfully enrolled students

* Work towards individual and team student enrolment targets

* Ensure a professional and positive student experience throughout the process

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

* Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent

* 1–2 years of experience in Student Counselling / Study Abroad Consultancy

* Strong practical knowledge of the Malaysia study destination

* Good understanding of Malaysia universities, courses and admission procedures

* Practical experience with student applications and documentation

* Knowledge of EMGS / Student Pass and visa procedures will be highly valued

* Strong counselling and interpersonal skills

* Excellent follow-up and lead conversion ability

* Confident, professional and target-oriented personality

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

* Passion for international education and student success
