Responsibilities & Context:

We are looking for a competent and detail-oriented MIS & IT Officer/Executive to support our FMCG sales operations through accurate reporting, field-force monitoring, data analysis, and IT-related coordination. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of MS Excel, sales MIS, mobile/field-force tracking systems, and FMCG sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and track Sales Officers, TSMs, ASMs, RSMs, DSMs, and other field-force teams through mobile/GPS tracking and sales automation systems.

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales MIS reports with high accuracy.

• Monitor field-force attendance, market visits, GPS/location tracking, productivity, and sales activities.

• Collect, verify, analyze, and consolidate sales data from different regions, areas, depots, and distributors.

• Prepare Primary & Secondary Sales, Target vs. Achievement, SKU-wise, Region-wise, Area-wise, and Distributor-wise reports.

• Ensure data accuracy, identify discrepancies, and coordinate with the concerned teams for timely correction.

• Develop and maintain Excel-based dashboards, reports, trackers, and analytical tools.

• Provide timely MIS reports and business insights to management for decision-making.

• Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, HR, IT, and other departments regarding system, reporting, and data-related issues.

• Support sales automation systems, mobile applications, and field-force management tools.

• Maintain proper documentation and ensure timely submission of all required reports.
