• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Land Management, Management

• At least 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate

• Age At least 40 years

• Minimum 3 years in Developer/Real Estate sector.

• Practical experience in BD (Land) department of a Real Estate Company.

• Knowledge of JV land feasibility & analysis, FAR, and land-related documents.

• Ability to identify JV land opportunities and maintain strong relationships with landowners in Dhaka.

• Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills.

• Presentable personality with effective communication.

• Customer-centric mindset, CRM proficiency, and smart working approach.

• Target-oriented, challenge-driven, and capable of motivating team members.

• Conduct financial analysis and market surveys.

• Prepare deeds of agreement, POA, procurement, and acquisition under joint ventures.

• Meet landowners to gather opinions and demands.

• Finalize features, sharing, and financial benefits with landowners.

• Negotiate and finalize terms and conditions.

• Collect required documents for approval.

• Complete signing of Deed of Agreement & Power of Attorney.

• Achieve assigned land procurement targets.

• Report test results to superiors and assist in strategy planning.
