Experience:

• At least 1 year

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting
• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting

• At least 1 year

• Age 24 to 45 years

• Knowledge of VAT & Tax, product costing, inventory management, and factory accounts.
• Strong skills in ERP/Accounting software, MS Excel, and financial reporting.
• Good analytical ability and document handling skills.
• Ability to work independently under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Maintain daily financial transactions and ensure proper posting in TallyPrime/ERP/accounting software.

• Prepare Receipt and Payment account.

• Prepare monthly financial statements, bank reconciliation, and support month-end closing.

• Collect Cash and check from Head Office and reconcile at month end.

• Handle accounts payable & receivable, vendor reconciliation, and payment processing.

• Prepare customer invoices, follow up for dues, and maintain ageing reports.

• Perform product costing, monitor production expenses, and prepare inventory reconciliation (RM, WIP, FG).

• Support internal & external audits and maintain proper documentation.

• Prepare MIS reports, cash flow statements, and assist in budgeting.

• Coordinate with production, store, procurement, and sales departments for smooth financial operations.

• Any other financial work assigned by management.
