Experience:

Job Context:
We are looking for a smart, energetic, well-organized, and trustworthy Personal Secretary (Political) to provide day-to-day administrative, communication, coordination, and personal assistance to a political leader. The position will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating meetings and visits, handling correspondence, maintaining confidential documents, and ensuring proper follow-up of assigned activities. The candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, good organizational ability, discretion, and the flexibility to work beyond regular office hours when required.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage daily schedules, appointments, meetings, visits, and official engagements.
Coordinate meetings, programs, visits, and other activities as per schedule.
Handle phone calls, emails, letters, invitations, and other official correspondence.
Coordinate with party members, local representatives, government officials, community leaders, media, and other stakeholders.
Prepare meeting notes, briefing materials, reports, schedules, and other necessary documents.
Maintain and update contact lists, confidential records, files, and important documents.
Follow up on assigned tasks, instructions, appointments, and commitments to ensure timely completion.
Assist in organizing meetings, public programs, seminars, conferences, and other events.
Collect and organize relevant news, information, reports, and updates as required.
Maintain effective communication with constituents, supporters, organizational members, and other relevant persons.
Provide necessary administrative and personal assistance in day-to-day activities.
Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism while handling official and personal matters.
Perform any other duties assigned by the concerned authority.
