We are looking for qualified and experienced candidates for the position of Supervisor in a reputed chemical company.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher from a recognized four-year university.

• Preferred/Required majors:

  • Chemistry

  • Chemical Engineering

Experience Requirements

• Mandatory minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in a chemical company after completion of the Bachelor’s Degree.

• Candidates with practical experience in chemical production, laboratory operations, quality control, chemical processing, or related areas will be preferred.

Required Proof of Experience

Candidates must be able to provide relevant documents proving their professional experience, such as:

• Certificate of Employment / Experience Certificate.

• Technical reports related to actual work performed.

• Detailed job description or statement of duties.

• Other relevant documents supporting the claimed work experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day work activities within the assigned department.

• Monitor work processes to ensure proper and safe operation.

• Ensure compliance with company procedures and safety regulations.

• Coordinate with engineers, technicians, operators, and management.

• Monitor production/work quality and report any irregularities to management.

• Maintain proper records and prepare work-related reports.

• Assist in identifying and resolving operational problems.

• Ensure proper handling, storage, and use of chemicals and related materials.

• Support implementation of workplace safety and quality-control procedures.

• Perform other duties assigned by management.

Candidate Profile

• Strong knowledge of chemistry, chemical processes, or related technical areas.

• Good supervisory and team-management skills.

• Ability to understand and prepare technical reports.

• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

• Responsible, disciplined, and safety-conscious.

• Ability to work effectively in a team and under operational pressure.
