Responsibilities & Context:

• 👥 Customer & Sales Team Management: Supervise, motivate, and guide the sales team to ensure excellent customer service and achieve daily/monthly sales targets.

• 🏪 Sales & Branch Operations: Support the Branch Manager in managing daily retail operations, staff discipline, sales performance, and overall branch activities.

• 📦 Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, receiving, transfers, replenishment, and physical inventory while minimizing shortages, damages, and discrepancies.

• 💳 POS & Billing Management: Ensure accurate POS operations, billing, sales entries, return/exchange processing, discount application, and daily sales records.

• 🔐 Branch Liability & Asset Management: Maintain proper accountability and security of branch cash, products, equipment, fixtures, documents, and other company assets.

• 📊 Reporting & Compliance: Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports on sales, inventory, attendance, cash/POS activities, and operational issues while ensuring compliance with company policies.
