• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Call Center, Chain shop

• Age 22 to 35 years

• 1 to 3 years of experience in Customer Relations, Customer Service, CRM, E-commerce, Call Center or Retail.

• Previous experience in team supervision/management will be preferred.

• Strong communication, leadership, customer handling and problem-solving skills.

• Good knowledge of social media customer service and e-commerce operations.

• Strong reporting and target-monitoring ability.

• Fashion Retail or E-commerce experience will be an advantage.

• 👥 Assist in supervising the CRM Team and monitor daily performance.

• 💬 Ensure timely and professional customer responses across Facebook, Messenger, WhatsApp, Website & other platforms.

• 🛒 Monitor website orders, pending/hold orders, returns and complaints.

• 🚚 Coordinate with delivery vendors and relevant departments to resolve customer issues.

• 🤝 Coordinate with Online, Retail, Inventory, Delivery & Operations teams.

• 📊 Prepare daily reports and monitor KPIs, sales targets and team performance.

• 🎓 Support team training, coaching and performance improvement.

• 📈 Support customer relationship strategies and e-commerce sales growth.

• 🔍 Handle customer complaints and ensure effective resolution.
