Responsibilities & Context:
Install, adjust, maintenance, repair, or provide technical support for Plus Life.
Train clinicians/users and other personnel on the proper use of the equipment supplied by Plus Life.
Perform Calibration & IQ/OQ of the supplied equipment.
Perform Preventive Maintenance, Breakdown Maintenance and Shut down maintenance for Plus Life.
Time to time communicate with the user for better support and customer satisfaction.
Provide full technical support before and after sales for better service and customer satisfaction.
Gather required spare parts information for servicing from the customer & provide them on time.
Willing to travel all over the country for troubleshooting and installation services.
