🌙 Night Shift: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM

💼 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Process U.S. property preservation and maintenance work orders efficiently and accurately.
• Review and verify photos, field reports, bids, invoices, and other supporting documentation.
• Update client portals and internal tracking systems accurately and in a timely manner.
• Coordinate effectively with vendors, contractors, and field crews to ensure smooth workflow.
• Perform quality-control checks and ensure all work orders are submitted accurately and within required deadlines.
• Monitor work order status and follow up on pending items to ensure timely completion.

🎓 EDUCATIONAL & PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 1.5 years of specialized experience in Property Preservation & Maintenance.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel.
• Bachelor’s degree from a reputed public, private, or international university.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure.

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience working with U.S. property preservation and maintenance work orders is highly preferred.
• Proven leadership and teamwork experience through collegiate-level debating, athletics, or similar activities.
• A resilient, growth-oriented, and solution-focused mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines.
• Strong commitment to maintaining a professional corporate culture.

🕒 WORK SCHEDULE

🌙 Night Shift: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM
📅 Working Days: 5 days per week
🏖️ Weekly Days Off: Saturday & Sunday
U.S. Federal Holidays: All U.S. Federal Holidays
