Job Context

AmeFix IT is looking for energetic, smart, and English-proficient candidates for the position of Client Manager. Freshers and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply. Candidates must be comfortable working night shifts and communicating with international clients.

Job Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors

• Deliver high-quality services and support to clients

• Handle communication through email and online platforms

• Maintain operational efficiency and business coordination

• Support business growth and client satisfaction

• Work collaboratively with team members

Experience Requirements

• Freshers are encouraged to apply

• Prior experience in customer support, email handling, or client communication will be an advantage

• Strong English communication skills (Speaking & Writing)

• Good computer knowledge and typing speed

• Skilled in MS Excel and online research

• Strong problem-solving and negotiation ability

• IELTS / PTE / Duolingo English Test score holders will get preference

• Must be flexible to work in USA shift

BDT 25,000 – 65,000 (Based on experience and skills)
