1.Partners have a team of at least 5 people
2.The partner has a lot of experience in collections and team management.
3.Good stress resistance, meet recycling targets
Job Other Benifits:
Queues that are 0-3 days overdue use a fixed salary system, while those overdue by 3 days or more use a commission system.
