Experience in mobile financial services, digital payment, merchant payment, agent business, OTC operation, or customer service is preferred.Familiar with bKash, Nagad, Rocket, bank transfer, or local payment channels.Good mobile phone and computer operation skills.Must be careful with numbers and transaction details.Honest, responsible, disciplined, and able to follow instructions.Candidates with payment resources or agent network will get priority.

Job Context
CashPay Digital Solutions is expanding its payment operations team in Bangladesh. We are looking for responsible and active candidates to support digital payment order processing, merchant payment coordination, and transaction follow-up.
This role is suitable for candidates who want flexible working hours, remote work, and income based on actual performance. Both full-time and part-time applicants are welcome.
Key Responsibilities
Process assigned payment orders accurately and on time.
Support merchant payment collection and transaction coordination.
Follow up order status and report completed transactions.
Maintain clear transaction records as required by the company.
Communicate with the operations team for order confirmation and settlement updates.
Handle daily payment tasks based on availability and workload.
Follow company rules, risk control procedures, and confidentiality requirements.
