• Age 18 to 35 years
• Only Male

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in Bicycle Manufacturing, PPC, IE, Production Planning, or Operations.

• Strong knowledge of MS Excel, ERP/MRP, and production planning tools.

• Good understanding of Bicycle Manufacturing Processes and Production Flow.

• Ability to analyze production data and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Good communication and coordination skills with Production, IE, Quality, SCM, Store, and Maintenance teams.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.

• Willingness to work in a factory/manufacturing environment.

• Develop short-term and long-term plans aligned with company goals

• Coordinate with different departments (production, sales, procurement, etc.)

• Prepare schedules, timelines, and forecasts

• Monitor progress and adjust plans as necessary

• Analyze data to improve efficiency and reduce costs

• Ensure optimal use of manpower, materials, and equipment

• Prepare reports and present planning insights to management

• Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies

• Maintain accurate planning documentation and records ·Work closely with warehouse, quality, and maintenance teams

• Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve efficiency

• Prepare production reports and performance analysis

• Ensure production targets and delivery timelines are achieved
