Responsibilities & Context:
We are seeking a qualified and experienced individual to join our team as the Station Manager to oversee the whole operation of our Clean Fuel Filling Station located in Mawna, Gazipur.
Supervise and manage overall operations of CNG & LPG station.
Maintain compliance with all safety, technical, and environmental regulations.
Monitor daily sales, manage inventory, and control losses.
Handle staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluation.
Ensure smooth operation of mechanical systems and troubleshoot technical issues.
Generate daily/weekly/monthly operational reports.
