• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Eng & Production

MBA/ Masters degree preferred.

• Proven experience in a leadership role within aluminium, metal, steel, glass, or heavy manufacturing industries.

• In-depth knowledge of aluminium manufacturing processes, production planning,

• Develop and implement operational and production strategies for the aluminium plant to achieve organizational objectives.

• Supervise daily plant operations, ensuring optimum productivity, efficiency, and adherence to safety standards.

• Monitor aluminium production processes, including melting & casting, Die shop, extrusion, Anodizing, fabrication, Powder coating, and related maintenance.

• Ensure compliance with quality standards, technical specifications, and customer requirements.

• Coordinate with Quality Assurance teams to reduce defects, wastage, and process variations.

• Lead, mentor, and manage production, maintenance, and technical teams to improve performance and operational discipline.

• Analyze production and operational data for improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions.

• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering, Maintenance, and Commercial teams for smooth plant operations.

• Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance activities for machinery, utilities, and equipment.

• Manage plant budgets, production costs, manpower utilization, and resource optimization.

• Ensure compliance with HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements. 

• Monitor KPIs such as production output, downtime, rejection rate, OEE, and energy consumption.

• Prepare and present operational reports, production forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.

• Support plant expansion, modernization, and capacity enhancement projects when required.
