We are looking for dynamic, results-oriented, and self-motivated professionals to join our Store Department and contribute to efficient inventory management, accurate stock control, timely material availability, and seamless warehouse operations across our manufacturing facilities.

Major job Responsibilities

 

·         Receive, inspect, verify, and properly record spare parts, packing materials, consumables, raw materials, and other items.

·         Ensure proper storage, identification, segregation, preservation, and systematic arrangement of all materials.

·         Issue materials to Production, Maintenance, and other departments against duly authorized requisitions.

·         Maintain accurate stock registers, inventory records, ERP/system entries, and documentation.

·         Monitor stock levels and identify shortages, excess, slow-moving, and obsolete items, ensuring timely reporting and replenishment.

·         Conduct regular physical stock verification, reconciliation, and discrepancy investigation to ensure inventory accuracy.

·         Maintain records of production materials, spare parts, consumables, packing materials, and finished goods.

·         Coordinate effectively with Purchase, Production, Maintenance, Accounts, Quality, and Export departments for smooth material flow.

·         Ensure 5S, housekeeping, safety, security, and proper utilization of store facilities in compliance with company standards.

·         Prepare daily, monthly, and periodic inventory/store reports and provide relevant data to management.

·         Supervise and guide Store Officers, Assistants, and Helpers, ensuring efficient day-to-day store operations.
