Responsibilities & Context:
Install, configure, administer, and maintain Windows Server and Linux server environments.
Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, file/print services, and related infrastructure services.
Administer VMware/Hyper-V virtualization platforms, virtual machines, and associated resources.
Monitor server, storage, virtualization, and infrastructure health using appropriate monitoring tools.
Configure and maintain backup systems, backup jobs, retention policies, and restore processes.
Support storage systems, SAN/NAS, RAID, capacity planning, and performance optimization.
Maintain system availability, redundancy, and disaster recovery readiness.
Coordinate with network, security, application, database, vendors, and other IT teams for infrastructure-related issues.
Support Microsoft SQL Server and other enterprise application infrastructure as required.
Participate in infrastructure projects, new office/factory setups, migrations, upgrades, and technology deployments.
Any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
