Responsibilities & Context:

We are looking for an experienced Manager/AGM – Information Technology to lead and manage the organization’s overall IT operations, infrastructure, cybersecurity, business applications, and digital transformation initiatives. The position will be responsible for ensuring secure, reliable, scalable, and cost-effective IT services across the Head Office and project locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the IT team and ensure effective IT service delivery across Head Office and approximately 75 project locations.

• Manage LAN/WAN, Internet, routing, switching, network infrastructure, and connectivity.

• Manage servers, VMware/virtualization, Active Directory, DNS, email systems, Microsoft 365, Zimbra, and other critical IT infrastructure.

• Lead cybersecurity and information-security initiatives, including firewall, endpoint protection, access control, security monitoring, and data-protection measures.

• Manage centralized storage, NAS, backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity systems.

• Manage CCTV connectivity and centralized monitoring, including project locations.

• Manage GoAutoDial/VICIdial, Zoom/video conferencing, email communication, and other collaboration platforms.

• Ensure effective IT service management, helpdesk support, incident management, change management, and system availability.

• Manage IT procurement, vendor relationships, contracts, SLAs, technical evaluation, implementation, and service performance.

• Ensure proper IT asset lifecycle management, including hardware, software, licenses, warranty, maintenance, and replacement.

• Develop team capability through training, knowledge sharing, performance management, and continuous improvement.

• Salary Review: Yearly based on performance.
