• Age 22 to 40 years

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.

• Strong expertise in payroll processing, compensation and benefits administration, compliance, data accuracy, and employee record management.

• Strong reporting and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex data and findings clearly and concisely to senior leadership.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and people-management skills.

• Strong proficiency in HR systems, payroll systems, databases, and HR information management.

• Practical experience with Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or similar data analytics and reporting tools.

• Strong understanding of HR data analysis, reporting, and interpretation.

• High level of integrity, confidentiality, accountability, and professionalism.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines.

• Demonstrated ability to identify process gaps and implement practical, data-driven solutions.

• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and effectively manage stakeholders.

Responsible of supply/purchase in an efficient way to provide the right quantity of goods (trims) to support manufacturing and anticipated demand.

• Execute the Material Planning for import & Local and source the material accordingly based on weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly requirement.

• Keep Track of New Development with PDD and execute the new development to launch the new style or color for trims item.

• Execute LC processing through commercial and keep proper track of LC regarding LC expiry timeline to avoid discrepancy and keep track of shipment of the items.

• 1.    Coordinate and perform procurement of goods and others:

  a.    Ensure full compliance Gildan policies and procedures.

  b.    To ensure that all purchase orders are reviewed to confirm compliance with our instructions so that our obligations and commitments can still be achieved.

  Ensure product quality specification guided and provided from our quality department.

• Keep Track of ESG goal of 2024 and execute the ESG goal of 2024 for trims portion.

• Monitor the consumption of all Raw-material and update with operation team.

• Perform any other functional activities indicated by immediate supervisor.
