High level of discretion and confidentiality.

The Superintendent, HR Mobility will provide high-level administrative support to the executive team, ensuring efficient operation and effective communication within the organization. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Coordinate applications, renewals, transfers, and cancellations for work visas, residence permits, and dependent passes etc.
Ensure document accuracy to prevent application rejections.
Guide expats and their families through pre-departure and arrival immigration steps.
Monitor permit expiration dates to trigger timely renewals and avoid legal risks.
Design and coordinate efficient domestic and international travel schedules, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation.
Ensure all bookings align with company budgets, fare classes, and expense guidelines.
Provide real-time assistance and crisis management for travel staff.
Manage and maintain executive schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
Coordinate and organize meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
Assist with special projects, and initiatives as needed.
Coordination of visit plant tours and organize logistic of transportation, security, lodging, meals if applies. Visits include Customers, Service Providers and any other from any Gildan location.
Organize and coordinate town halls, conferences, interviews, dinners and social events.
Ensure general administrative tasks, such as answering phones, managing emails, and maintaining office supplies.
Perform additional tasks assigned by management when/as required.
Transport Facilities: Pick and Drop (Depending on availability);
Weekend: Friday;
Office Hours:
8am - 5pm in office including 1 hour lunch break;
