• Age 21 to 28 years

1. Receive and verify raw materials, packaging materials, finished goods, and other materials against MRR/GRN and approved documents.

2. Ensure proper storage of materials according to FIFO/FEFO, temperature, hygiene, and food safety requirements.

3. Maintain accurate stock records in ERP/system and physical registers.

4. Issue materials to Production against approved requisitions.

5. Monitor stock levels, minimum/maximum stock, and material availability.

6. Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile variances.

7. Monitor expiry, batch, lot, damaged, rejected, and slow-moving items.

8. Maintain proper segregation of approved, rejected, returned, and quarantined materials.

9. Coordinate with Procurement, Production, Quality, Supply Chain, and Finance for store-related activities.

10. Prepare daily/weekly/monthly inventory and stock reports.

11. Ensure cleanliness, safety, security, and proper housekeeping of the store.

12. Support internal and external audits and ensure compliance with company SOPs.
