Responsibilities & Context:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead and oversee the end-to-end Supply Chain Management, including procurement, sourcing, inventory, Store, and logistics operations.
Develop and implement strategic sourcing and procurement plans to ensure timely availability of quality materials at optimum cost.
Manage vendor selection, evaluation, negotiation, contract management, and supplier performance.
Ensure effective inventory planning and control, minimizing stock-outs, overstocking, expiry, wastage, and unnecessary working capital.
Ensure cost optimization, transparency, Accountability, and strong internal controls across all SCM activities.
Lead the SCM team, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement in supply chain efficiency and service quality.
