• Candidate with Post Graduation/Certificate Course Completed in Hospitality Management is preferable.

• Minimum 12-15 years of practical experience in the hospitality sector.

• Experience of working in a corporate hospital/well renowned hotels would be an added advantage

• Candidates having experience in an internationally accredited hospital (JCI/NABH/ACHSI, CAP, etc.) are highly encouraged to apply.

• Lead and oversee Housekeeping, Laundry & Linen, Food & Beverage, Kitchen, and related Hospitality Services to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, food safety, infection prevention, patient comfort, and service excellence throughout the hospital.

• Monitor patient/guest satisfaction, complaints, service quality, and corrective actions to continuously improve the hospitality experience.

• Manage manpower, budgets, inventories, procurement coordination, and cost control to ensure operational efficiency.

• Ensure compliance with hospital SOPs, quality standards, accreditation requirements, and applicable health and safety regulations.

• Lead and develop the hospitality team through effective supervision, training, performance management, and continuous improvement.
