Responsibilities & Context:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Inventory Master to manage and control the flow of stock and materials. The incumbent will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, coordinating with procurement and warehouse teams, and ensuring optimal stock levels to support smooth business operations.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing inventory

• Monitor stock levels and reorder items to avoid shortages or overstocking

• Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile with system records

• Prepare inventory reports (daily, weekly, monthly) for management

• Coordinate with procurement, sales, and warehouse teams

• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of goods

• Identify and report damaged, expired, or slow-moving stock

• Maintain inventory management software/ERP records

• Ensure compliance with company inventory policies and audit requirements
