We are looking for energetic and customer-focused Facebook Moderators to manage our Facebook Page, Messenger, and customer inquiries while delivering an outstanding shopping experience.
Reply to Facebook Messenger, comments, and WhatsApp customer inquiries promptly.
Provide accurate product information, pricing, colors, stock availability, and delivery details.
Convert customer inquiries into confirmed sales orders.
Follow up with customers to increase order conversion.
Process customer orders accurately using the company's order system.
Coordinate with the warehouse and delivery team regarding order status.
Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve issues quickly.
Maintain professional communication following the TURKCRAZE brand tone.
Remove spam or inappropriate comments when necessary.
Report customer feedback and common issues to the management team.
Meet daily response time and sales conversion targets.
