We are looking for energetic and customer-focused Facebook Moderators to manage our Facebook Page, Messenger, and customer inquiries while delivering an outstanding shopping experience.

Job Responsibilities

  • Reply to Facebook Messenger, comments, and WhatsApp customer inquiries promptly.

  • Provide accurate product information, pricing, colors, stock availability, and delivery details.

  • Convert customer inquiries into confirmed sales orders.

  • Follow up with customers to increase order conversion.

  • Process customer orders accurately using the company's order system.

  • Coordinate with the warehouse and delivery team regarding order status.

  • Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve issues quickly.

  • Maintain professional communication following the TURKCRAZE brand tone.

  • Remove spam or inappropriate comments when necessary.

  • Report customer feedback and common issues to the management team.

  • Meet daily response time and sales conversion targets.
