Telesales Executive – International Operations (Night Shift)

Job Responsibilities

• Handle international clients through phone calls and other communication channels.

• Promote and sell company services to international clients.

• Communicate professionally and confidently in English.

• Understand client requirements and provide appropriate solutions.

• Handle accounting and cloud accounting-related client queries.

• Work with QuickBooks Online and other cloud accounting platforms.

• Maintain professional relationships with international clients.

• Achieve assigned sales and client-handling targets.

Requirements

• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.

• IELTS certification is required.

• Strong knowledge of QuickBooks Online and cloud accounting.

• Must have practical knowledge of Cloud Accounting and bookkeeping.

• Must be capable of handling international clients professionally.

• 3–4 years of relevant experience in an international company is required.

• Previous experience in Telesales, Call Center, International Sales, or Customer Service will be highly preferred.

• Good computer skills and the ability to work with online business software.

• Ability to work independently under pressure and meet targets.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with experience in International Telesales + Accounting/Bookkeeping + QuickBooks Online + Client Handling will be given priority.
