Responsibilities & Context:
Make outbound calls to assigned leads and promote Yakeen Travels' visa and travel services.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable visa solutions.
Convert prospective leads into confirmed visa sales through effective communication and persuasion.
Follow up with interested leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other approved channels.
Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns professionally.
Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, follow-ups, and sales.
Respond to customer inquiries through Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and other digital platforms.
Assist with basic social media activities and achieve assigned sales and calling targets.
