Key Responsibilities:
• Contact customers by phone and introduce products, offers, and services.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
• Generate sales and confirm orders through phone calls.
• Follow up with potential customers and leads.
• Handle customer queries professionally and provide appropriate solutions.
• Maintain records of calls, leads, orders, and sales.
• Achieve assigned daily/monthly sales targets.
• Build positive and long-term relationships with customers.

Requirements:
• Minimum HSC or equivalent educational qualification.
• Previous experience in Telesales, Telemarketing, or Sales will be an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident and persuasive speaking ability.
• Strong customer-handling and sales-closing skills.
• Target-oriented with a positive and energetic attitude.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
