Responsibilities & Context:

M Property Preservation is looking for smart, energetic, and career-focused fresh graduates to join our team as Management Trainees. This position is designed to develop future leaders who can gradually take responsibility for client management, operations, team coordination, and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Learn the complete workflow of the U.S. Property Preservation & Maintenance industry through structured training and hands-on experience.

  • Assist management with daily business operations, planning, coordination, and follow-up.

  • Communicate professionally with U.S.-based clients, vendors, contractors, and internal team members through email, phone, and online platforms.

  • Review work orders, client instructions, property information, photos, estimates, invoices, and completion reports.

  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure work is completed accurately and within client deadlines.

  • Learn how to handle client portals, work-order management systems, reporting, estimating, invoicing, and quality control.

  • Analyze operational issues and help management develop practical solutions.

  • Prepare professional emails, reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and other business documents when required.

  • Monitor assigned tasks and follow up with team members to ensure accountability and timely completion.

  • Participate in meetings with management and gradually take responsibility for client accounts and operational activities.

  • Support business development, client onboarding, and service expansion as assigned.

  • Demonstrate initiative, leadership potential, problem-solving ability, and a strong willingness to learn.

  • Be prepared to take on increasing responsibilities based on performance, capability, and leadership potential.
