Responsibilities & Context:

We are seeking a warm, polished, and proactive Client Relations Officer to be the face of our brand — ensuring every client experiences the quiet luxury and personalized care.

Job Responsibilities

• Greet and receive clients, ensuring a premium first impression aligned with the aesthetic clinic’s brand standards

• Handle client inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, Messenger, and in person face-to-face; convert leads into booked consultations

• Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive retention and repeat visits

• Explain treatments, packages, and pricing accurately; coordinate with doctors and therapists

• Handle client feedback and resolve concerns professionally and discreetly

• Maintain accurate client records in the clinic CRM

• Support upselling of packages, memberships, and the VIP program

• Coordinate daily front-desk and client-flow operations
