Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in freight forwarding at an executive level.

• We are a growing Freight Forwarding company looking for 2 energetic, proactive, and smart Customer Service Executives to join our team. No prior experience is required; fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply!

  Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain excellent and professional relationships with clients.

  • Provide timely shipment updates, tracking information, and booking details via email and phone.

  • Coordinate smoothly with internal teams (operations and logistics) and external partners.

  • Respond to customer queries and resolve issues efficiently.

  Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.

  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Bangla.

  • Basic computer literacy, including professional emailing, MS Word, and MS Excel.

  • Ability to stay calm and customer-focused under pressure.

  • A strong desire to build a career in the logistics and freight forwarding industry.
