Position Title: Manager (Customer Service, Import & Export)

Organization: Anchor Freight Limited (AFL)

Job Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality customer service to clients.

Oversee and manage import and export operations.

Handle IGM processes and related documentation.

Demonstrate solid understanding of freight forwarding procedures.

Maintain organized customer service operations and provide regular reports to management.

Experience Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of proven experience in freight forwarding at an executive level.

Educational Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree from a reputed university.

Salary:

Negotiable.
