Minimum Master’s/MBA/BBA degree in any discipline from a recognized university. - Candidates with degrees in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, English, Communications or related fields will be preferred.

Responsibilities & Context:

·Lead, supervise and motivate a team of approximately 10 Business Development Executives.

·Allocate daily, weekly and monthly business targets to team members in line with management direction. 

·Conduct regular team briefings and performance reviews.

·Provide coaching, guidance and constructive feedback to improve team performance.

·Identify performance gaps and take appropriate corrective actions in coordination with management/HR.

· Maintain team discipline, attendance and professional conduct.

·Conduct calls and communicate with the clients through telephone, WhatsApp, email, social media and other approved communication channels.

·Identify and engage potential members, entrepreneurs, professionals, investors and business owners.

·Introduce mCapital, its membership and relevant business, investment and community opportunities.

·Generate qualified leads and maintain regular follow-up with prospective members.

·Understand the interests and requirements of clients appropriately.

· Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, leads, follow-ups.

·Follow up with existing prospects and maintain professional relationships.

·Prepare and submit regular activity and performance reports.

·Maintain professional communication standards while representing mCapital Bangladesh.
