Responsibilities & Context:
We are seeking an experienced Full-Stack Web Developer with a strong background in building modern web applications using the machine learning language, Django, and Laravel framework, and raw coding. Candidates should also have a solid expertise in backend and frontend development.
Responsibilities:
Maintain and enhance existing Python Django, PostgreSQL-based projects, ensuring their stability, functionality, and performance.
Develop custom AI modules and features to enhance our SaaS ERP/CRM software.
Develop modern web applications—including POS systems, accounting systems, ERP solutions, FinTech platforms, eCommerce sites, and more—based on specific custom requirements.
Strong development skills in modern AI (artificial intelligence), AR (Augmented Reality), and VR (Virtual Reality).
Utilize strong experience in Machine learning language, raw Python, Django, PHP, Laravel, PostgreSQL, Flutter, MySQL, JavaScript, jQuery, AWS server, REST APIs, Celery, Redis, Caching, performance tuning & query optimization, Docker, Git, AR, VR.
Hands-on experience with Agile project management tools.
Build and maintain APIs (RESTful, integrations, and custom solutions).
Work with relational databases (PostgreSQL and MySQL), caching systems, and asynchronous task queues.
Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve system-level and application-level issues.
Apply a clear understanding of OOP principles, design patterns, clean code practices, and coding standards to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Demonstrate proficiency in front-end technologies, including responsive web design using HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, and Tailwind CSS.
Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and bug fixing to ensure software reliability and performance.
Apply design patterns, data structures, and algorithms effectively in problem-solving.
Integrate third-party APIs and services to extend system capabilities.
Maintain code quality, documentation, and version control through best practices and Git workflows.
Continuously research and adopt the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in software projects, Python, and backend development.
Design, develop, and customize modules using Python and related programming and frameworks.
Analyze business requirements and convert them into detailed technical designs and scalable solutions.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Ability to work under deadlines with high ownership and accountability.
Flutter app and Figma design experience are a plus.
Must be hardworking, independent, and capable of building production-ready modern systems under pressure.
