Responsibilities & Context:
Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications according to organizational requirements.
Develop and maintain web-based applications and internal management systems.
Write clean, efficient, scalable, and well-documented code.
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve software bugs and technical issues.
Maintain and improve existing software systems and databases.
Integrate different systems, APIs, and third-party services when required.
Develop reports, dashboards, and data-driven applications.
Ensure data security, system reliability, and proper user access control.
Collaborate with the IT, academic, HR, accounts, and administrative teams to understand software requirements.
Provide technical support and training to users when necessary.
Maintain proper documentation of software, databases, and system processes.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend suitable solutions for organizational needs.
