• Proven experience in security management, administration, personnel supervision and operational planning.

• Experience in land development or real estate project security will be an added advantage.

• Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and decision-making skills.

Position Overview

Bangladesh Development Group seeking a highly disciplined, experienced, and dynamic Retired Army Officer to lead the Administration and Security functions of Land Development and Real Estate Projects. The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring comprehensive site security, land protection, administrative control and operational discipline across all project locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise overall administration, security and site protection activities across all project locations.

• Ensure the protection of company-owned land, properties, assets, equipment, materials and personnel.

• Develop and implement effective security systems, including access control, surveillance, patrolling and perimeter protection.

• Prevent unauthorized occupation, encroachment, trespassing, theft and other security-related risks.

• Supervise security personnel, maintain discipline, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

• Coordinate with local administration, law enforcement agencies, and relevant authorities on security and land-related matters.

• Oversee site administration, logistics, workforce management

• Prepare regular security and administrative reports for Management and recommend appropriate preventive measures.
