Additional Requirements:
  • Age At most 40 years
  • Only Male
  • 10-14 years for Diploma and 7-10 years for B.Sc Civil Engineer

  • Practical experience in BOQ preparation, quantity surveying, estimation and costing.

  • Sound knowledge of construction drawings, specifications and measurement standards.

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel and relevant estimation/BOQ software.

  • Strong analytical, numerical and documentation skills.

  • Ability to coordinate effectively with contractors, consultants and internal departments.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Prepare, review and verify Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for construction, civil, MEP and related project works.

  • Prepare detailed quantity take-offs from drawings, specifications and project documents.

  • Analyze drawings, designs and technical specifications to determine material and work quantities.

  • Prepare cost estimates, rate analysis and project budgets.

  • Verify contractor/supplier quotations, BOQs, measurement sheets and bills.

  • Conduct site measurements and reconcile actual quantities with BOQ quantities.

  • Identify variations, additional works and deviations from approved BOQ and prepare variation statements.

  • Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Project Management, Accounts and Contractors regarding quantities and costs.

  • Maintain proper records of BOQs, measurements, variations, work orders and project cost data.

  • Monitor project quantities and costs against the approved budget and report significant deviations.

  • Ensure all quantity and cost calculations are accurate, properly documented and technically compliant.

  • Perform any other duties assigned by the Management / Project Head.
