Key Responsibilities
Scope Planning: Define project goals, tasks, and deliverables while preventing scope creep.
Timeline Management: Build detailed schedules, set milestones, and track daily progress.
Budget Control: Allocate resources and monitor costs to stay within financial limits.
Risk Mitigation: Spot potential problems early and create backup plans.
Communication: Update stakeholders and bridge gaps between different departments
Required Skills
Leadership: Ability to guide cross-functional teams and motivate members.
