We are looking for a highly skilled and results-driven Full-Stack Developer / Team Lead to join our technology team and take ownership of end-to-end application development, technical problem-solving and engineering excellence.

This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on technology professional who can design, develop and scale modern web applications, lead development initiatives, mentor team members and translate business requirements into reliable, high-performing digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end development of scalable, secure and high-performance web applications.

• Design and develop robust front-end and back-end solutions using modern development frameworks and technologies.

• Work across the full technology stack, including Java, Python, React, Node.js and Next.js.

• Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions and system architectures.

• Design and optimize APIs, databases, application logic and system integrations.

• Lead the development team by setting technical direction, assigning tasks, reviewing code and ensuring timely delivery.

• Establish and maintain coding standards, development best practices, version control and quality assurance processes.

• Conduct code reviews and identify opportunities for improving performance, scalability, security and maintainability.

• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions within required timelines.

• Collaborate closely with management, business teams, UI/UX designers and other stakeholders to deliver technology solutions aligned with business objectives.

• Mentor and support developers, encouraging knowledge sharing, innovation and continuous technical improvement.

• Participate in system planning, technology selection, application deployment and ongoing system enhancement.

• Stay updated with emerging technologies, development frameworks and industry best practices and recommend their practical application.

• Ensure applications are developed with appropriate attention to security, reliability, responsiveness and user experience.

• Perform any other technology-related responsibilities assigned by Management from time to time.
