We are looking for a creative, analytical and user-focused UI/UX Designer who can transform ideas, business requirements and user needs into intuitive, engaging and visually compelling digital experiences.

This is an exciting opportunity for a designer who combines strong visual design skills with user-centered thinking, problem-solving ability and a deep understanding of modern digital interfaces. The ideal candidate will work closely with product, technology and business teams to create seamless experiences across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design user-centered digital experiences that are intuitive, functional, visually engaging and aligned with business objectives.

• Translate business requirements, user needs and product concepts into user flows, wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity UI designs.

• Conduct user and competitor research to identify user expectations, pain points and opportunities for improvement.

• Create responsive and scalable interface designs for web, mobile and other digital platforms.

• Develop interactive prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts, interactions and user journeys.

• Establish and maintain design systems, UI components, visual standards and reusable design patterns to ensure consistency across products.

• Apply strong principles of UX architecture, information hierarchy, interaction design, typography, layout and visual composition.

• Collaborate closely with developers, product teams and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and effective implementation of designs.

• Review implemented interfaces and provide design feedback to maintain visual consistency, usability and design quality.

• Continuously analyze user feedback, product performance and emerging design trends to enhance the overall user experience.

• Present design concepts and recommendations confidently to stakeholders and incorporate constructive feedback into final solutions.

• Maintain organized design files, components, prototypes and documentation for efficient collaboration and future development.

• Stay updated with emerging UI/UX trends, design technologies, accessibility standards and industry best practices.

• Perform any other design-related responsibilities assigned by the HOD or Management from time to time.
