Age: At least 30 years
Job Location: Dhaka
Salary: Negotiable
Experience:
GFG International is looking for an experienced and process-oriented ERP Project Coordinator to lead the implementation and continuous improvement of our proprietary ERP system for garment sourcing operations.
This is a hybrid business and technology role. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of garment merchandising, production processes, and TNA management, along with the ability to understand software requirements and coordinate effectively with an IT development team.
Act as the primary coordinator between GFG Management, the IT development company, and internal Bangladesh teams.
Gather and analyze business requirements from Merchandising, QA/QC, Production, Sourcing, and other relevant functions.
Translate garment business processes into clear and structured system requirements and functional specifications.
Understand and map the complete garment order lifecycle, from order booking and TNA planning through sampling, production, inspection, and shipment.
Review and challenge system developments to ensure the ERP reflects actual GFG workflows and business requirements.
Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and test new features using real-life garment order scenarios.
Identify system gaps, errors, and process inefficiencies and coordinate with developers for appropriate solutions.
Maintain the ERP project roadmap, requirement tracker, and implementation status.
Provide regular project updates and report directly to management.
After system implementation, support internal teams in ERP usage, monitor adoption, identify operational gaps, and coordinate further system improvements.
Work closely with users to ensure the ERP becomes an effective part of day-to-day operations.
Strong practical knowledge of garment production, merchandising, and the complete TNA process.
Experience in Merchandising, Production Coordination, Sourcing, or Buying House/Agent operations in Bangladesh.
Good understanding of the garment order process from fabric booking to shipment.
Strong ability to understand and structure business processes and workflows.
Comfortable working with Excel, data, systems, and process-based tools.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently, take ownership, follow up effectively, and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
Ability to question, challenge, and clarify requirements when necessary rather than simply accepting proposed solutions.
ERP implementation or software project experience will be an advantage but is not mandatory. Training will be provided on GFG's proprietary ERP system.
We are looking for someone who understands how a garment business actually works and can convert that practical knowledge into structured requirements for a software development team.
Garment industry knowledge and structured process thinking are essential. Software expertise can be learned.
A central role in building GFG's proprietary ERP system from the ground up.
Direct exposure and access to GFG Management.
Opportunity to work across Merchandising, Production, QA/QC, Sourcing, and Operations.
Opportunity to shape a system that will become a key operational platform for GFG's Bangladesh and China operations.
Long-term career opportunity as the ERP system and organization continue to grow.
A dynamic role combining Garment Operations + Technology + Project Management.
