Position: Assistant / Deputy Branch In-charge
Job Location: Cumilla, Jaypurhat, Gaibandha, Gulshan, Sylhet & Khulna
About the Role
The Branch In-charge is responsible for the overall operation and business growth of a BlueNet Branch. The role combines team management, technical operations, sales, customer service, inventory and financial control. We are looking for someone who can take ownership of the Branch and deliver results.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day Branch operations and lead the Branch team.
Supervise FTTH/FTTX, Optical Fiber and ODN operations and maintenance.
Plan and monitor Technician activities and network fault resolution.
Drive Customer growth, sales, revenue and retention.
Ensure quality Customer service and timely complaint resolution.
Manage Branch inventory, ODN resources and asset recovery/re-use.
Control Branch expenses and maintain financial discipline.
Manage recruitment, attendance, discipline and team productivity.
Coordinate with Head Office and ensure timely reporting and compliance.
Requirements
Minimum Diploma in Engineering (CMT/ENT/ET).
Minimum 1 year of experience in an ISP, preferably in Network Support, FTTH/FTTX or Field Operations.
Good understanding of Optical Fiber, ODN and home internet connectivity.
Ability to lead a team and solve operational problems independently.
Good communication, coordination and computer skills.
Positive attitude, professional appearance and strong sense of responsibility.
Candidates with sales/business development experience will get preference.
Performance Focus
Performance will be measured through key areas including Branch Revenue Growth, Customer Churn, Profitability, Network Uptime, Complaint Resolution, ODN Asset Recovery, Inventory Accuracy, Team Productivity and Policy Compliance.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: BDT 20,000–35,000/month, depending on experience and capability.
Additional benefits include Sales Incentive, Eid Bonus, Annual Salary Review, Paid Leave, National Holidays and Mobile Bill.
Working Hours
9:00 AM – 6:00 PM | 6 days per week
Occasional availability may be required for urgent operational or Customer issues.
