We are hiring Asst. Manager/Deputy Manager/Manager, Retail Sales (Home Internet Connectivity) to promote our home internet services.

In this role, you will develop and execute sales and marketing strategies, define pricing models, and lead initiatives to increase market share and revenue. Your responsibilities will include building strong relationships with key customers, analyzing market trends, managing the sales team, and ensuring customer satisfaction through cross-functional collaboration. You’ll also plan promotional campaigns, monitor team performance, and present insights to senior management.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to target the Home and SME customer segments.

• Define the product and pricing strategy to increase market share and revenue growth.

• Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.

• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and preferences to guide product development and marketing efforts.

• Analyze sales and market data to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development, customer service, and finance to ensure customer satisfaction and revenue growth.

• Plan and execute promotional campaigns, events, and activities to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.

• Manage the sales team, set targets, and monitor performance to achieve sales and revenue goals.

• Prepare and present sales and marketing reports to the executive management team to provide insights and recommendations for future growth.
